One year ago, 49 children died in a fire at a state-run nursery in northern Mexico. Scores more suffered burns and smoke-inhalation. The children's parents had hoped Mexico's Supreme Court would help them punish those responsible. But, as Al Jazeera's Mariana Sanchez reports, they are still fighting for justice.
